Internationalization is one of the priorities of the strategy of the University of Traditional Medicine. Within the framework of international cooperation, the Armenian delegation went to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman in the UAE on May 2-7 this year to visit a number of educational centers.

31st International Medical Students’ conference (IMSC) took place on 13-15th of April, 2023 in city Krakow, Poland, which was organized by the Student Scientific council of Jagellonian University medical college of Krakow. Leading specialist of “Foreign Relations” department of University of Traditional medicine, Liana Vardanyan and 5th year student of “General Medicine” faculty and the secretary of Student scientific society of UTM

The 22nd annual "Education and Career EXPO 2023" exhibition is organized by the Union of Industrialists and Businessmen of Armenia and the LOGOS EXPO Center exhibition company, with the support of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, in which the University of Traditional Medicine also participates.

The intramural football championship of the University of Traditional Medicine was held at Armenian-Russian University.

On March 9, 2023, the 4th event of the UTMA Science Department's "UTMA Open Science" project took place. This time, the special invited guests were from the Armenian Red Cross Society (ARCS). Dr. Zara Khudoyan, head of the ARCS First Aid Department, and first aid instructor Gurgen Hovhannisyan presented a scientific-practical open lecture-masterclass on the topic of first aid basic principles. The experts also had a meeting with the rector of UTMA, Dr. N. Saribekyan. First aid knowledge has a key role not only in medical science and practice, but also in the context of the preparedness of the population in general.

Recently, on March 1, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the University of Traditional Medicine and "AvoTar" LLC /Professional Training and Recruitment Agency/.

On November 25-26, Shogher Harutyunyan, a 2nd-year student of the General Medicine faculty of the University of Traditional Medicine, participated in the 9th republican scientific and practical conference on "Modern Achievements of Young Scientists in Medicine - 2022" organized by the Grodno State Medical University of the Republic of Belarus.

UTMA has always been proud of its best graduates.  Davit Davtyan, a graduate of dentistry faculty of the UTMA, has achieved great success in the field of dentistry.  He is the director and owner of ,, D. Davtyan Implantology Center in Moscow.

On the 24th of October "Campus International LLC" and the Indian Student Welfare Association jointly organized the graduation ceremony of the graduates of the "General Medicine" Faculty of the University of Traditional Medicine  of 2021-22 academic year.

On 20th of October, 2022, the University of  Traditional  ​Medicine was proud to host the founders of QaylTech, leading Armenian high-tech medical organization that is developing advanced mobility rehabilitation systems - Dr. David Arsenyan and Lilit Guroghlyan.
