On October 17, 2025, UTMA's partner BIL Armenia organized another MED TALKS event. This time, the event took place at the University of Traditional Medicine, with the university and its Student Scientific Society (SSS) serving as official co-organizers

In October 2025, the University of Traditional Medicine hosted the 6th event of the “UTMA Open Science” series. The invited speaker was Siranush Hovhannisyan, PhD, President of the Young Scientists Association of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, and Head of the Neurolinguistics Laboratory at the H. Acharyan Institute. She delivered an open lecture on neurolinguistics, exploring the connection between mental health and language.

On October 23, the University of Traditional Medicine and the “Campus International” organization held a “Fresher’s party” for students. The event was attended by the university staff, representatives of “Campus International,” students and their parents, as well as guests.

On behalf of the University of Traditional Medicine and Campus International, we proudly congratulate our university graduate Anita Ignatius, who after passing the FMGE exam in India has also successfully passed the Australian Medical Council exam, AMC 1 (Australian Medical Council exam for international medical graduates). Her hard work and determination have paid off, and she is a source of inspiration for future generations of the university.

On September 23, the Embassy of the Republic of India in the Republic of Armenia marked one of India’s important days at the University of Traditional Medicine — the 10th Ayurveda Day, under the theme “Ayurveda for the Well-being of People and the Planet.” Among the guests who arrived at the university were the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Armenia, Nilakshi Saha Sinha, and other embassy staff members.

On 9th of September,  a key collaboration was established between our university and Foldink laboratory. Foldink is the first 3D bioptinting organization in Armenia and is the only one in the region.

We are pleased to inform you that the electronic databases of “Bentham Science Publishers” are now freely available for the University of Traditional Medicine, both for reading and for publishing articles.

Dear students, lecturers, and university staff, 1st of September marks the beginning of a new academic year, which is more than just a date on the calendar. From today, a new stage of acquiring knowledge begins.
