On the 19th  and 20th of  July, UTMA ceremonially sent-off the 27th generation of its graduates to a new phase of life. 117 graduates of "General Medicine" and "Dentistry" professions received graduation diplomas.

Հունիսի 23-ից 25-ը ԱԲՀ դասախոսներ Նաիրա Հունանյանը, Հայարփի Ջավրուշյանը և Աննա Օվչյանը մասնակցեցին «Կրթական ծրագրերի համահնչեցում #WFME (Բժշկական կրթության համաշխարհային ֆեդերացիա) չափորոշիչներին» թեմայով վերապատրաստման դասընթացներին: ՈԱԱԿ-ի նախաձեռնած դասընթացներին մասնակցում էին Հայաստանում գործող 4 բժշկական ուսումնական հաստատությունների ներկայացուցիչներ և անհատներ: Դասընթացների ավարտին «Կրթական ծրագրերի համահնչեցում #WFME (Բժշկական կրթության համաշխարհային ֆեդերացիա) չափորոշիչներին» թեմայով վերապատրաստման մասնակիցները ստացան իրենց հավաստագրերը:

Recently, a cooperation agreement has been signed between the University of Traditional Medicine and Medical college named after pharmacist-artist Levon Sargsyan. Within the framework of the agreement, it is planned to carry out an exchange of experience in the fields of teaching methods, research work, study of educational programs. A comparative analysis of educational programs - benchmarking - will also be carried out.

The final certifications of the final courses of the "General Medicine" and "Dentistry" specialties of the 2022-2023 academic year are continuing at UTM.

Ensuring the mobility of students is an important indicator of quality assurance and evaluation of educational programs of the university. Within the framework of the memorandum signed between the University of Traditional Medicine and the WSG University of Bydgoszcz, Poland, a meeting was held on May 29-30 with the representative of the International Department of the WSG University Lidia Shahbazyan and the heads of the relevant departments of the UTM. During the meeting, a number of issues related to the development of education, exchange programs of students, nursing, medical care, implementation of practice programs were discussed. Lidia Shahbazyan also had a meeting with the students, presenting the short-term internship program offered by their university. It aroused great interest among students, as students are given the opportunity to practice in the clinic of the aforementioned university and use the educational resources of the university, and for 2 students with high academic performance, the internship is organized free of charge. Implementation of such programs can boost students' motivation towards studying.

On 25th of May, 2023, Student Conference "Integrative Medicine, Based on Evidence" took place. The Conference was organized by the UTMA Department of Science and Student Scientific Society (SSS). The students had the opportunity to address their scientific reports in two major sections of the Conference:

On May 19, within the framework of international cooperation, the University of Traditional Medicine hosted the head of Marketing and PR of "Success Point college" in Sharjah, UAE, professors, students who want to continue their studies at UTM and their parents.

Internationalization is one of the priorities of the strategy of the University of Traditional Medicine. Within the framework of international cooperation, the Armenian delegation went to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman in the UAE on May 2-7 this year to visit a number of educational centers.

31st International Medical Students’ conference (IMSC) took place on 13-15th of April, 2023 in city Krakow, Poland, which was organized by the Student Scientific council of Jagellonian University medical college of Krakow.
