The student scientific seminar was held at the University of Traditional Medicine under the title "Access to Diabetes Care".

November 14 is the World Diabetes Day. On this occasion, a student scientific seminar was held at the University of Traditional Medicine under the title "Access to Diabetes Care". The seminar was organized by the UTMA Chair of the Therapeutic subjects (coordinated by the head of the Chair of Therapeutic subjects Dr. M.Nazlukhanyan and endocrinologist Dr. H.Danielyan). During this scientific event, reports regarding the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus were presented by UTMA students, as well as interactive clinical case discussions were held. The following 6th year students presented reports: Sheba Ann Daniel, Pranav Ghadiya, Harshil Kotadia, Rohini Zadbuke, Manav Tiwari, Karwan Hamza Hassan, Stephen Walsh, Anitta Ignatius, Ann Mariam Jacob, Sandra Jomy, Juveriya Kadekar, Mahsa Kamali.

 UTMA Student Scientific Society president Samuel Adomah and UTMA head of the Department of Science V.Grigoryan served as moderators. The seminar granted an opportunity to increase the level of preparedness, awareness and knowledge of the students regarding the topic, as well as develop clinical thinking and perspective.
